Who We Serve

Solace House Collective provides independent living for women who are ready to rebuild. To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Resident Qualifications

Women 40 and over

(Age requirement may be waived on a case-by-case basis.)

Independent living (non-medical care)
Willing to abide by house rules
Pass background screening
No active substance abuse
Respectful, responsible, and community-minded

Stable, Verifiable Income Required

Prospective residents must demonstrate stable, verifiable, recurring income sufficient to meet the monthly residency fee and personal financial obligations. Qualifying income may include employment, Social Security/SSI/SSDI, retirement or pension income, veterans benefits, or other documented recurring lawful income.

Financial Capacity + Program Fit

Women experiencing:

Housing instability
Emotional abuse or controlling relationships
Life transitions
Financial hardship
Veterans
